Hand Stand Push Ups

*If your handstand push ups are solid do 4 x ME sets.  Stay strict as long as you can and then squeeze out 1 or 2 more reps kipping.

Strength:

Back Squat

5 On The Minute for 10:00 @ 70%

WOD:

15:00 AMRAP

10 Push Press (115/95)

15 Deadlift (115/95)

200m Run
