* The next 2 weeks will be a repeat of the test weeks we had at the beginning of October.  If you weren't here for these test WODs you need to remember to journal your results.  We will repeat them again in another 12 Weeks or so. If you were here then you will have a comparison in order to test your fitness for improvement.
