Strength:

Front Squat

6 x 3 @ 65%

WOD:

10:00 AMRAP

Up Ladder by 3's of:

Wall Balls

Sit Ups

*complete 3 Wall Balls and 3 Sit Ups, then 6 of each, 9 of each, and continue as far as possible inside of 10 minutes
