The next two weeks will be testing weeks.  We will repeat some of the benchmark WODs that we have done before.  If you tracked your results you can compare.  If you did not, or this is your first attempt, make sure you record your results. There are many apps that offer this service, also something I hear they used to do once upon a time called "writing things down on a piece of paper".  You could even type them in your notes app on your phone.  Just get them down!!
