Power Matrix Overhead squat

*Instead of where the power matrix says do 8-5-3-1-1-1-5 rep scheme, do 5-3-2-1-1-1-5 at same weights.

*If you don't know your Overhead Squat 1RM, find it.

6 Push Jerks (155/105)

*if you can't go RXd then use 60% of your 1RM Clean & Jerk
