Jumping:

6 x 4 Hurdle Hops

We repeat these once a month, so the idea is to improve.  Even if its just adding the height of a 10lb plate.

Barbell Practice:

On the minute for 12:00

Snatch 4 Reps     Guys: 135 / Girls: 95 or %55 of 1 Rep Max

First 4:00 4 single snatches

Second 4:00 2 single snatches + 2 Touch and Go snatches

Final 4:00 4 Touch and go snatches

Met Con:

On The Minute for 20:00

Odd: 3 Clean and Jerks @ 70%

Even: 5 Burpees
