Barbell Practice:

Snatch

5 x 1 @ 85%

*Use 85% for Snatch practice, UNLESS you are not great at dropping under the bar into a squat position.  If you are not great at dropping under the bar you can only use a weight that you can drop under. If that weight is the empty bar, then thats the weight you use.
