Barbell Practice:

Clean & Jerk

5 x 1 @ 90%

If you are new or still have a main focus on technique, then you will do:

5 x 5 @ a light weight

Strength:

Power Matrix Back Squat

Met Con:

"Randy"

75 Power Snatches (75/55)

*These weights aren't too heavy for anyone.  Everyone is doing RXd.  No lowering the weight for a faster time.
