3 sets of 5 strict HSPUs + ME Kipping

Pulls:

Clean Pulls

5 x 3 at 100%

Met Con:

15:00 AMRAP

15 Thrusters (95/65)

15 TTB

400m Run

Core Work:

Tabata Planks
